Victoria is currently in her second year of university studying Psychology with English at Keele University. Her ambitions lie in clinical psychology. She is hoping to pursue further education and a career in promoting well-being in others.
Victoria applied for the position as a Research Apprentice at Keele University to widen her experience of data collection and analysis. Currently she is involved in analysis of data concerning pupils’ views on how they, teachers and parents can prevent and deal with bullying. She is soon to go into schools and begin collecting data for the bullying and humour styles research project. She is looking forward to collecting data with it being her first experience of professional data collection. She is also continuing to find the data analysis intriguing, due to the different perspectives the students take.
Outside of the project, Victoria is preparing for her final year as an undergraduate, whilst waiting to begin volunteering as a dementia support worker.
